Format:
The participants will be challenged both physically and mentally in this 8 week program held at Interstate Sports Academy in Sayville, NY. As trainers, our approach is always that of positive reinforcement and encouragement. With the right attitude and willingness to work hard and learn, we strongly believe that every player has the potential to become a professional.

Equipment Requirements:
Basketball sneakers and/or equivelant athletic shoes.
